It all began with late owner and president of East Coast Packaging Co., Esther Jardine, previously employed as a sales manager for a large corrugated box company in Newark, NJ.  Doing really well and making a name for herself as a pioneer woman in this industry Ms. Jardine decided it was time to become her own boss and start her own company.

Ms. Jardine started ECP in 1983 as a one-woman operation, working out of her apartment.  At the time she operated as DBA Esther Jardine.  In 1987, she was joined by her daughter Melinda Rivera, who later became her partner.  25 years later Samantha Rivera became the third generation member of the team.  This female family run company depends on each other and you have our guarantee you can depend on us for all your packaging needs.
